We all have community concerns that need to be addressed. It often seems that what has been done is not working or is not enough. At Focus on Prevention, we believe there is a way to address these concerns so that they are truly resolved.
We align organizations, sectors, and systems to build quality relationships with leaders in our area with expertise in creating and maintaining neighborhoods we all can be proud to live in.
Through our connections with the Stanislaus 2030 Initiative, we are leadership partners creating pathways for economic mobility throughout the County.
We are partnered with health and wellness leaders in collecting and analyzing data for improving health conditions for many of the County’s most vulnerable populations.
We convene leaders, share information, and promote effective advocacy to promote and reinforce legislation, policies, and funding.
Long-term and sustainable change happens through quality relationships. We know that the way to make progress is though aligning around work that makes people’s lives better.
We provide the resources and support to help develop tomorrow’s leaders today. Our organization is partnered with the area’s top leaders in public health, education, economic development, and community/non-profit sectors.
